1. Is this the official website of Coverado?
A: Of course. We are the official website. Real and Only! We know that there are still many things that are not done well enough on our website. We would try our best to improve our website services step by step.
2. The Name of our Paypal account?
A: "ShenzhenshiAinuowa Jinchukou Youxiangongsi" is the name of our Paypal account. It's our Chinese branch company's name. We used this name when we established our online store. We are located in Hong Kong and our warehouse is located in the US.
3. The Payment Methods?
A: This month, we added other payment methods on our website. So far, we accept the Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Dicover, Diners Club, JCB.
More payment methods will be added in the future.
4. Delivery Time?
A: All packages will be shipped from our US warehouse. If you choose "Standard" shipping method, it would take about 3-7 business days for the delivery. You can also choose "Expedited" shipping method by paying the shipping fee, it would take 2-3 business days for the delivery.
Notice: During peak seasons, remote areas, or due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, it will be postponed appropriately.
For "Expedited": If the package takes more than 4 business days to arrive, we would refund the shipping cost.
5. About Material:
A: There are some differences between our Nappa leather and faux leather seat covers. (Our Nappa leather is not NAPA leather. NAPA leather is real leather.)
Nappa leather is a type of top-grain bonded leather. Compounding with multiple processes, use of non-embossing, no excess coating and finishing on the surface can maintain the texture of the original leather to the greatest extent, so that the texture is close to the genuine leather to the highest extent. Its price is more acceptable than Napa leather.
Faux leather, also known as synthetic leather or leatherette, is a man-made material designed to mimic the look and feel of genuine leather. It is typically made from a fabric base, which is coated with various polymers like polyurethane (PU) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) to create a leather-like appearance. But these two types of leather are not the genuine leather.
