What if the seat cover doesn't fit my car?
Sorry to hear about that! If the seat cover you received doesn't fit your car, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item's arrival.
Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. If you fail to do so, we will not accept your return.
How do I return an item?
We support 30-day return policy.
1. Please reach out to Coverado customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Coverado support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Coverado with the following information:
- Name of the courier
- Tracking number
Return Conditions
Undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The refund process begins once the returned item is returned to Coverado's warehouse for inspection.
- Returns must include all accessories.
- Item must include original packaging.
- your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Coverado refunds the cost of the product itself. (Shipping fees are non-refundable.)
- Returns may be rejected if the item does not meet the above requirements
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with Customer Service first.
- If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact services@coverado.com and our customer service team will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items.
- Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased at an extra 50% off are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not refund under the following circumstances:
The recipient cannot be contacted or the recipient's address is wrong, resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver. The goods may be destroyed by the local logistics company.
It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through Coverado’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.
Please fill in the right address, phone number, and postcode when placing an order. When the logistics company delivers, please make sure your phone is contactable.
If the item you are returning is eligible for an exchange, you may request an exchange during your process of return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse and is checked for no errors. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Can I change/cancel my order after I've placed it?
Yes. Once an order has been placed, you have a day to contact us at services@coverado.com to modify or cancel the order during our operation hours. If you are unable to cancel within that time frame, you may return or exchange your order after you receive it. Our customer service will give you a reply in 24 hours.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you want to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact Customer Service Email: services@coverado.com to provide your issues, your order number, the reason, and the item(s) you would like to return. Our customer service representative will reply to you within 24 hours.
Lost Packages
We ship with only the most reliable carriers worldwide including USPS. Once the package has left our warehouse, Coverado cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or miss-delivered packages.
Please contact the carrier assigned to your order and see if they have any insight. If they are unable to assist, please email us at services@coverado.com so we can work with you to resolve this.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Tax policy
Our website does not charge additional value-added consumption tax, so customers need to pay separately.
