Recently, we received many customers' emails or messages about the orders issues from the third marketplaces. We want to clarify a few points:
1) We are ONLY the customer services team for website (coverado.com). We have NO access to the Amazon system. Because the Sales team, order systems and customer services team are totally different. You need to know that we cannot find these orders in our website system. Of course, we also CANNOT process the refund on these orders from the third marketplaces.
2) For these orders from the third parties, we can help you to some extent. We can contact our Amazon team to let them deal with your order issues proritize.
- You need to tell us the order number and send us the screenshot of the order details.
- Please notice that the seller is "Coverado" or "Amazon.com" or "Amazon Resale". ("Sold by" means the seller. Only the seller can process the refund.) Only the seller "Coverado Auto" is our official Amazon store. We can contact our Amazon team to prioritize and resolve your order issues.
- If the seller is "Amazon.com" or "Amazon Resale", our own Amazon team cannot refund you.
- For "Amazon Resale" orders, it is the used product. We would NOT offer any after-sale services.
3) So far, we only sell the products on our brand website and the third marketplaces (Amazon and Walmart). All other parties' products are not from our official sales channel. We don't offer the warranty and after-sale services either.
All in all, the orders issues from the third-party platforms would be sent to our relavant customer services team.

For the different prices between the website and Amazon:
In general, Amazon/ Walmart page prices don't include the tax. And they offer 12-month warranty. The website will offer 18-month warranty. Some products will NOT sold at Amazon.
There are some differences between our brand website and other marketplace platforms, such as the prices, materials, designs, shipping methods and customer services. We have our own warehouse, exclusive customer service team and professional design team. In the future, our website will have more colors and styles than the platform. So, the price and material will be a little bit different.
