You ("the retailer") must be an online seller with an established following OR have a physical shop, with or without an online website to be eligible for a wholesale account and remain a reseller of our goods.
Notice: Selling on third party websites (Etsy, Ebay, Amazon, Walmart, etc.) and purchasing items for personal use is strictly prohibited.
All buyers are reviewed and vetted to ensure fit and to confirm that your shop is a legitimate business. We ("Coverado") obtain the right to deny applications that may not be appropriate due to fit or decline orders for any reason after approval for any reason.

By making wholesale purchases from Coverado, retailers agree to these policies.

* Order Minimums

First order: $1000 USD
Re-Order Minimum: None

* Pricing

All pricing shown on the site is in United States Dollars. Prices are only available to qualified retailers who plan to resell the items on their website or in-store. Promotional or volume orders do not qualify for wholesale pricing but would qualify for a discount.

* Additional Discounts

Since retailers receive a very significant discount, wholesale pricing does not qualify for additional discounts unless offered during a promotion or high-volume of items are ordered and pricing is mutually agreed upon under contract. Orders that have additional discount codes applied at checkout, will be cancelled.

* Payment Terms

Payment is accepted via Paypal so far. All orders must be paid upfront prior to shipment. (Of course, we can negotiate terms once our working relationship is established.)

* Invoice

We can offer an invoice for payment.

* Shipping

All vendors will be charged actual shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

* Shipping Addresses

We only ship to the shipping address provided & cannot ship to multiple addresses. If you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.

* Fulfillment

Orders for Coverado products that are in stock will be shipped within 7 days of the order receipt. Orders for Coverado products not in stock need a lead time of 6 weeks. Please email us at brand@coverado.com for more information.

* Cancellations

We do our best to ship items within 3 business days & because of this quick turnaround time, the window for cancelling orders is very short. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it.

* Order Changes

Due to processing time & inventory availability, we cannot honor change requests to orders after purchase. Please make sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.

* Returns

Products in "new condition" may be returned to us within 30 days of placing an order. In order for products to be considered in "new condition", they must be unused, unassembled, and contain all original product packaging and accessories. All returns will be charged the cost of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

* Request for Samples

Product samples can be purchased at wholesale costs by request.

* Warranty

Coverado will offer 12 months warranty.

* Returned Mail

If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address; shipping & handling charges will need to be re-paid before we can send the package again.

* Lost/Damaged by Post Office

We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international orders), please contact us & we will provide directions on how to file a claim with the carriers.

* Damaged Items/Order Errors

Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons, it is important to open & inspect your items as soon as you receive them.

Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames, as stated within our policies.

* Damaged Replacements

Once we have been notified of any damaged items you have received, we will work with you to get them corrected.

Please note: we cannot extend any discounts to you, if you decide to sell damaged items at a discount.

* Discounts

At times, we will promote items for a percentage off or a reduced shipping rate to our retail customers. These offers do NOT apply to wholesale orders. Coupon Codes for these offers cannot be used by a wholesale customer.

* Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAP)

The MAP policy shall apply to all Coverado products. Our minimum advertised price for Coverado products is 80% of Suggested Retail Price (SRP), which equals a 20% discount off of SRP. Resellers may offer products on promotion at a lower advertised discount only with written permission from Coverado. The MAP policy may be adjusted by Coverado at its sole discretion. The MAP Policy applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual customer within the Reseller’s retail location or over the telephone. Coverado Resellers remain free to sell MAP products at any prices they elect. This MAP Policy does not in any way limit the ability of any dealer to advertise that they “have the lowest prices” or they “will meet or beat any competition’s prices,” that consumers can “call for a price” or similar phrases as long as the price advertised or listed is not below MAP.

Coverado will be reviewing all internet commerce sites to ensure consistent adherence to this policy. In cases of violation of this MAP policy, Resellers will be allowed twenty- four (24) hours to bring advertising into compliance. If no change is made within the allowed period, all shipments will be discontinued until the necessary changes are made. In cases of intentional and/or repeated failure, Coverado will terminate all orders to Reseller. Coverado will not provide prior written notice or issue warning before taking action under this Policy. Coverado reserves the right to cancel or limit the sale of its products to parties whose sales and distribution strategies are incompatible with those of Coverado.

* Private Label Prohibited

All Items purchased from Coverado are under trademark protection & must display Coverado name. Under no circumstances may you sell Coverado products under any other name, or reproduce products under this trademark.
